Reno Citizens Institute

Residents of Reno, Sparks and Washoe County are encouraged to register now for the winter session of the award winning Reno Citizens Institute (RCI) program provided by the City of Reno.

Participants meet with elected officials, department directors and City staff to gain an understanding of the City’s structure, processes, and services through hands on exercises and presentations.

The free eight week RCI program is held on Tuesday evenings from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at various City facilities and venues. Classes begin on Tuesday, February 4 and continue through Tuesday, March 25, 2014. The registration deadline is Friday, January 31. Applications for this session and more information about the program are available online or by calling (775) 334-2025. Don’t wait – the limit is 25 participants.
