2015 Reno-Tahoe Senior Winter Games – “Never too old for Gold”

You are “Never too old for Gold” at the Reno-Tahoe Senior Winter Games. The Games feature a series of competitions loosely organized in Olympics fashion, with gold, silver, and bronze medals awarded to the top three finishers in each event. The Games will run from February 2 through 14, 2015. The finale is a Valentine’s Dinner and Dance. Participants compete by age group and must be 50+.

Registration is now open for both individuals and teams. The basic fee is $20, plus $10 for each event. The Valentine’s Dinner and Dance is included. There are additional fees with some events.   • Beanbag Baseball
  • Bowling
  • Card Games – Cribbage & Poker
  • Cross Country Skiing
  • Hockey Slap Shot
  • Ice Skating
  • Pickleball
  • Ski & Snowboard Racing
  • Snowshoeing
  • Table Tennis

The goal of the Reno-Tahoe Senior Winter Games is to promote fitness programs and activities for Reno area seniors. Sponsors are the City of Reno Department of Parks, Recreation & Community Services, City of Reno Senior Advisory Committee, and Senior Care Plus.
