Free summer concerts return to Lazy 5 Regional Park

After being COVID-canceled in 2020, free Wednesday evening concerts are back at Lazy 5 Regional Park in 2021. Shows start at 6:30 p.m. Bring blankets or low back chairs. Dinner or snacks in small coolers are welcome. Food trucks and a mobile pub will be available offering food and drink for purchase. NO PETS or glass containers.

  • June 23: The Snakeboy Johnson Band (Texas Rockin’ Blues)
  • June 30: Só Sol (Folk/Brazilian/Americana)
  • July 7: Nevada 445 (Boot Stompin’ Country)
  • July 14: Nick Eng (Britpop & Beatles-esque Indie Pop Rock)
  • July 21: Margret’s Funk Band (70’s – Current R&B/Soul Covers)
  • July 28: Arizona Jones (Classic and Modern Rock/R&B Covers)
  • Aug. 4: The Bayberry Cast (Jazz/Latin/Funk)
  • Aug. 11: Buddy Emmer Blues Band (Rockin’ Blues)
  • Aug. 18: Hot Rod Rebellion (Rockabilly/Vintage Rock’n’Roll)
  • Aug. 25: Escalade (Variety/R&B/Motown Dance Covers)

Lazy 5 Regional Park is part of the Washoe County Parks system and is located at 7100 Pyramid Lake Highway, Sparks/Spanish Springs. For more information, call (775) 424-1866.
